The U.S. Embassy in Paramaribo, General Services Office (GSO) Contracting and Procurement, seeks a company; qualified, reliable, responsible and responsive with sufficient resources and work experience to provide a quotation for five (5) Generators for the U.S. Embassy Paramaribo. In order for a company to be considered, the company must be able to meet, satisfy, understand, and comply with all requirements in the Request for Quotations (RFQ), including due date.

– 55 KVA, 200A Transfer Switch Qty: 1
– 35 KVA, 150A Transfer Switch Qty: 1
– 25 KVA, 150A Transfer Switch Qty: 1
– 20 KVA, 150A Transfer Switch Qty: 2
The price should be D.D.U (Excluding Import Tax and O.B) Suriname, Paramaribo
Items need to be delivered no later than 90 days of delivery or acceptance of the Purchase Order.

– Detailed information and specification of the proposed equipment as outlined in the Generator Specification Document L20-001, R1
– Copy or screenshot of your registration in SAM
Important notice: All offerors and quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.
