If you are a registered Notary or firm and interested in bidding on this contract, please obtain a solicitation package from our website, https://sr.usembassy.gov/, which will be available in the period of January 4 – 14, 2019. The objective is to submit your curriculum vitae and provide pricing for Real Estate Notary and Legal Services for the sale of the property of the United States of America located on Dr. Sophie Redmondstraat 129, as described in the GLISS-document with parcel ID-number.

The anticipated performance period will be in 2019. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.  The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov  prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207.  Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
