Event: Paramaribo Road Closures between July 31 and August 1, 2023.
The Suriname Police Force (KPS) has announced the following streets will be closed to traffic today in the vicinity of Cantonal Courthouse in connection with the December 8th trial.
The following roads or intersections will be closed from July 31, 2023, through the end of the trial on August 1, 2023:
- Henckarron- / Wulfingstraat
- Roseveldkade / Julianastraat
- Hendrikstraat / Koniginnestraat
The U.S. Embassy in Paramaribo recommends individuals avoid the area, consider alternate routes, and follow all traffic rules and regulations.
