Exit Memo: Secretary Kerry Underscores the Impact of U.S. Global Leadership

As we look back on the past eight years, President Barack Obama asked each member of his Cabinet to write an Exit Memo on the progress we’ve made, their vision for the country’s future, and the work that remains in order to achieve that vision. Fulfilling this request, Secretary of State John Kerry shared today, his Exit Memo assessing the U.S. Department of State’s diplomacy and development achievements during the Obama Administration.
